This traditional limpiesa is private. Which means your energy cleansing happens 1 on 1. The limpiesa is given by Jao and Mamanilca or Althea. A limpiesa is primarily intended for cleansing your personal energy field, removing energetic imbalances, disturbing energies, heaviness, or energy gaps caused by trauma, burnout, or prolonged stress.
This therapy will help ground you, strengthen your nervous system, calm your mind, and uplift and your energy. After your limpiesa you’ll receive additional advise on cultivating physical, emotional and spiritual health.
